Robins in Winter

Robins in Winter

Who says to look for robins in the spring? We have flocks of them eating the berries off the tree outside our bedroom window on this very cold and snowy day in American Fork, Utah. When they look at me, I wonder if they know how toasty warm I am on the other side of the glass!!!

Your Robin must be related to the one that visits my heated bird bath daily. He doesn't bath, only gets a drink.

Beautiful, and the birds have that inner sense to know where to go for food and warmer water.

Frozen rain here this morning--- I got halfway down the walk wishing I'd never started, and a robin sounded like he was laughing at me as I turned and skated back to the house. Love the picture.

Karen, what a wonderful shot! We had a couple in our yard in the snow the other day. Unfortunately I didn't get a shot! I don't know where they hide, but we don't usually get them until Spring too!
