I'd love to learn how to do this before I go to Australia in January, I'm going to do my final practicum there and I'm totally looking forward to this. Who knows, maybe I'll have the opportunity to visit New Zealand while I'm there. From your photos I can say I'd love to go there, it's beautiful!
