I had always thought the aspens would grow in a grassy field or on a mountain side with a lot of wonderful soil below. Those rocks tell me a whole different story, but the roots must find ample nourishment down under, beautiful colours for your Autumn season.

Florida is a beach (and a swamp, and a grassland). Wish we got some color like this. Sigh
