First Day of Autumn - 2017

Near Cedar Breaks National Monument
Utah

This is one of my favorite little spots for fall color near Cedar Breaks National Monument in southern Utah. It has most all of my favorite mountain elements....aspens, pines, and a peaceful little stream. I was so happy to discover that the huge wildfire that consumed over 50,000 acres in this area several months ago, came very close, but spared this beautiful area. I enjoyed a colorful first day of autumn here, even though it was cold and windy, at around 10,000 feet in elevation.

Oh...this is when I really wish Florida had seasons.

Oh well...time to go to the beach.

Way high up, and peace, golden leaves and nature in all her glory. Beautiful, as we are in spring, leaves and flowers budding everywhere.

I guess there really are some people who are really difficult to learn, i am an example. I always practice, practice, practice, but i don't remember. And then i know there is Photoshop to help, but i cannot also venture there as when i look at the plenty of knobs to choose from, i get scared. So i always end up mesmerized with your photos, thinking why is Karen and those people so knowledgeable and able to learn their craft. BTW, i am using Olympus because of its lightweight.

I've just been to the tutorials link and read a few again, yes again, and in the future again again! hahaha. Maybe it is a bit more difficult when you start at the SC age!
