On the Road to Zion National Park

On the Road to Zion National Park

This was taken by the side of the road, a few miles outside the entrance to Zion.  Sometimes I take pleasure in photographing scenes that are easily seen yet are often missed.  I wonder how many of the thousands of people who travel this road, and are anticipating the beauty they will find in the park, miss this lovely vista!

I take a moment or two to view your beautiful photo, and hope it stays with me, after the terror in London again.

Beautiful scene. It's hard to believe that anyone would miss a scene like this, but I do know it happens.

i find i think in rectangles after years of clicking, but it still amazes me how cool a shot is i would have overlooked without the clickers mentality

There appears to be a strange creature in the water---- :) I could spend a long, long time snapping pictures there.

Karen, this is a stunning vista! Everything works together so well. My first thought was of the stream and all that life giving water is a dry clime! It looks very refreshing!
