these are all wonderful photos of the eyes to the soul... two beautiful people and one sad soul and that stunning and oh so magnificent frog... wow what a brilliant frog he is.

Karen did you shoot all of these photos? I love each one of them less the alien looking creature, that's just plain out scary looking! lol

Yes, I did shoot all of these. The frog was in Costa Rica, Gollum (?) was shot in New Zealand where the Weta Workshop is, (the organization responsible for creating much of what you see in Lord of the Rings, Hobbit, Avatar, etc.), and the other two are my daughter in law and grandson.

I have to agree with you. Just today I posted a similar post regarding eyes. I took a photo of my dog looking into the distance, and even though it is a close up, you can clearly imagine what he is seeing.

Ha! Reminds me gf the time our young son took my face into his hands after I told him "No" numerous times, and told me, "Look into my eyes," thinking I would be mesmerized and say yes. It didn't work. :)
