Mystery Bird
Well.......at least a mystery to me. I took this photo in New Zealand and he/she certainly looks like some variety of parrot, but since I know less than nothing about birds, I really have no idea. (Where are you Robin when I need you!) He's sure pretty, though, and he posed nicely for my camera.

I don't know a lot about parrot, but from a quick look I think this is a Red-fronted Parakeet! And that's all I can tell you about it!
I always thought that it must be wonderful to live in a place where they had wild parrots and such!
It looks like a painting. Such vivid color!
Karen this is stunning, it's the perfect photo! I've shot tons of parrot photos while I've been here and the one I'm going to enlarge when I return home is being doctored by my sis, she's the photoshop pro! lol
