The Boat Shed

We often see colorful little boat sheds nestled near the shores of the many lakes, bays and harbors here in New Zealand.  This one caught my eye because it was so bright and looked like it had just received a brand new coat of paint.  I don't know if it was the time of day combined with the angle of light, but the colors were so vibrant SOOTC, that I actually desaturated when I edited, and it still looks unnaturally intense.

My goodness. I thought you surely must have satuarated the color only to read you did the opposite. I guess I need to re-read my manual and do some settings for my camera.

I've enjoyed your NZ photos so much. A blog friend visiting there has been struck by the deep and vivid colors, too.

I'll bet the owner/painter has a cheery personality.
