This one actually made me giggle, but I'm not sure why. It's gorgeous! It reminds me of candy which is funny too because it looks like it would hurt if you put it in your mouth. Guess my brain is just confused today. :o) Beautiful photo though! The red looks really great against the green background!

That looks a lot like a weed we get around here, except ours are boring old green never such beautiful bright red.
Flower #1 looks very patriotic,but I think photo 2 is my favorite. The colors and dof make for one great picture. Can't wait to see the rest.

I can't imagine living in Costa Rica and seeing these flowers and EVER thinking of them as being common! Just gorgeous, and so unique.
