You Can't Judge a Book......

......or a butterfly, by its cover. Like the frog, this guy is perfectly camouflaged. A casual observer would not be overly impressed with the beauty of this butterfly. As I observed him (or her), he rarely revealed his inner self.

But briefly, he opened up and we saw the brilliant fluorescent blue of his inner beauty.

Aren't some people just like that. I remember when I was in college I met someone who I quickly judged as being boring, nerdy, and just not the type of person I would pick as a friend. But it didn't take very long before my whole perspective changed! When I made the effort to really get to know her, she was so fun, witty, smart and one of the nicest people I have ever known. She became one of my very best friends during those years. I still try to remember to 'not judge a book by its cover'!

What a greal lesson more people should learn. Beautiful pics mom. And I LOVE the frog. When Will graduates there are a lot of the animal pics that I would love to get blown up to poster size and framed for Isaacs room. He absolutely LOVED looking at all the pics of the leopard or cheeta whatever it was, and the frogs and the iguana and sloth and all the pretty animals. SO keep these disks handy, Isaac loves animals, and wants quite a few of these.

Oh yah...he especially liked the one of Grandpa holding the snake. It looks like you had a great time. Im so glad you are able to do all of these neat trips and bring us back such beautiful pics as if we were there too.

Thanks for sharing mom!! Your talents have blessed our family once again with the beauty of God's world.
